Article 1: Scope of Application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the website theexitblueprint.online.
“Client” refers to any natural or legal person who places an order for The 9–5 Exit Blueprint or related digital products via our secure payment platform.

Article 1a: Age Limit

The Exit Blueprint is intended for individuals 16 years and older. Clients under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. Any user found not meeting these criteria will have their access revoked and, where applicable, refunded.

Article 2: Order

Any order placed on our website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price

Prices are indicated in USD, all taxes included where applicable. Since this is a digital product, there are no shipping fees. Prices may change at any time, but the price applied to your order will be the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order, including for pre-order offers. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal, and we do not store your credit card details.

Article 5: Delivery (Access to Product)

Delivery is digital only. After purchase, you will receive an email with login instructions to access your course dashboard, where you can download all materials.

Article 6: Refund Policy

We stand by the value of The 9–5 Exit Blueprint. If you complete the Blueprint in full and still don’t feel ready to quit your job, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Refund requests must include proof of completed work (worksheets and exercises). Refund requests made after 30 days, or without proof of completed work, will not be granted.

Article 7: Protection of Personal Data

By purchasing, you consent to our collection and use of personal data for order fulfillment and product access. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties outside of necessary service providers (e.g., payment processors, email platforms). You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the link included at the bottom of each email.

Article 8: Intellectual Property & License

All content within The 9–5 Exit Blueprint — including PDFs, worksheets, calculators, prompts, and bonus materials — is the intellectual property of The Exit Blueprint.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing them in any form is strictly prohibited.

Article 9: Disclaimers & Limitations

No Guarantee of Earnings: The Exit Blueprint provides tools, exercises, and strategies to support your transition out of a 9–5 job. Results will vary depending on individual effort, circumstances, and market conditions. We do not guarantee any specific income, employment outcome, or business success.
Account Access: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. The Exit Blueprint is not liable for unauthorized access caused by the sharing or mishandling of your credentials.
Termination of Access: We reserve the right to revoke access to the course and materials without refund in cases of misuse, illegal sharing, or breach of these terms.

Article 10: Applicable Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Canada.
